Thanks. We're having fun coming up with recipes and headcanon for them. (And that really was delicious. We had it for lunch all last week and I was not tired of it by the last day.)
This all started because I realized pretty much every spice blend in the official WoW cookbook was cinnamon based. I like cinnamon as much as the next person, but there is no way I was going to believe that it was the primary seasoning in places like Northrend and up around the plaguelands. And somehow "Azeroth clearly needs more variety" turned into "we should come up with appropriate herb blends for each region" and then it snowballed. We have an entire headcanon about a spring festival in Jade Forest and the (later in the year) variation in Kun Lai (when the trade caravans get there). Just wait until the orange blossom dumplings are perfected!
