I have a thought. An innocent thought. Like, "Carmen Sandiego and Catwoman should totally hang out together. Maybe play some poker."

Then the next thing I know, Blackarachnia is making off-color comments.

And Ursula shows up with snacks.

And before you know it, I've committed UTTER CRACKOVER.

I may also be pondering the possibility of Darkwing Duck having some sort of breakdown when he realizes Carmen's hat is more flamboyant than his.

Current Mood: weird

You know, prowling around Amazon trying to gather as many eps from later seasons of Carmen Sandiego as I can (why is there no complete series release, whyyyyyy? *sob*) has reminded me of the many joyful hours I spent playing the games. Seriously, guys, there were legal pads involved in tracking clues. Dictionaries. Atlases. Encyclopedias. I may have learned more chasing Carmen around the world and through time than I ever did in school*.

I kind of miss it.

Oh, and apparently there's a Facebook game. Only the fact that Facebook hates my dialup connection saves me from going to look.

*I also credit many of my math skills to Mathnet. My schools may have sucked a little.
