Any tips on making the tag wranglers' lives easier?

I've been carefully to go to wiki to find out how the series is titled. On books, I make sure to put the author in parentheses. On TV shows, if there is more than one iteration, I put the year in parentheses. Same for movies. I'm careful to list pairings in alphabetical order, as originally asked. (Several pairing tags fail this, and I will use auto-suggested anytime they pop, even if wrong.) List character's full names, with use names in apostrophes after first name and before the last.

Those are all just conventions I've picked up from looking at the majority of the tags.

((Yes, I am still irked that Sam Carter is the tag when it should be Samantha Carter. And that it is Sam Carter/Janet Fraser. My OCD occasionally bites my butt.))
