My head is full of snot

Possibly, this is all that remains of my brain after my ill-considered viewing of Beast Machines last night. (This time, Moogle did not do it. She warned me off; I ignored her. I AM A VERY FOOLISH DRAGOVIAN.)

On the up side, the manager of the drive-thru gave me a cookie because she said they were too slow making my breakfast. *noms cookie first*

WILF (forum only scent): Warm fur coupled with red and black musk, vanilla bean, patchouli, champaca flower, juniper berry, chocolate peppermint, frangipani, browned sandalwood, ferntop ash resin, and massoia bark.

I'm not picking any actual notes out of this blend, except for something that's doing a jasmine-like "settle in the back of Dragovian's throat" thing (this fades, unlike jasmine, and the surrounding awesome makes it worth it). But I got this yesterday, put it on, and pretty much wanted to roll around in the grass and then hump my own arm (clearly, my inner werewolf needs to be fixed). So today I ordered a second bottle, which I have done ONCE in the history of ever (Dragon Moon, where I hoarded every bottle I could find - I think I have four - though if I could ever FIND Cerberus, I would do the same with Cerberus). I mean, even with my most beloved general catalog scent, DeSade, I am still on my first bottle (I have a gift bottle that lies untouched in the box). The odds I will ever crack open my second bottle of WILF are slim to none (really). But I simply couldn't bear the thought of not getting it while it's available (this sentence needed a parenthetical, so I added one).

(I *cough* may have also finally gotten myself bottles of Villain and The Obsidian Widow. You know. To maximize shipping. Yeah, that's it.)

I see that beastwars_100 is still completely without faith. Perhaps I must do something to remedy that tonight. Seeing as how the world completely failed to end, and all.

As a follow-up to last night

During my not-drunken (but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference) ranting about Beast Machines, I said, Also, just once when one of the good guys, for some half-assed reason, goes over to the bad guy's side? And the bad guy is doing the whole seduction-to-the-dark-side, "are you afraid you'll enjoy it?" routine? I would like the good guy to go, "You know, you're right, this is kind of awesome," and blow the bad guy's head off.

To this, I would like to add that the next time someone objects to a perfectly sensible plan for winning with, "But then we're no better than the bad guys!" I would like the answer to be, "Hmm. Moral superiority versus saving thousands of lives. I opt for door number two." Followed by blowing the bad guy's head off and not immediately being corrupted by the horrible evils of practical behavior.

And now if you'll excuse me, I must go contemplate a Beast Machines AU that deviates from the series something like twelve minutes in and has nothing in common with canon besides the setup. As you might guess, this is all raisedbymoogles's fault.
