Oh, let me know how you like it! When it was our bento-lunch-of-the-week, I was SO SAD when Friday rolled around (and then there were a few pieces left over, which made an amazing steak quesadilla for dinner).
The downside of the blog plus batch cooking is that we're so busy experimenting, we don't get to re-make favorites as often as I'd like.
I need a grill or a different kind of pan, but for all that I didn't really have the right cooking surface, it came out pretty tasty. Though I think I may have cut back a little too much on the crushed red pepper (as I plan to eat it over time, and you'd warned that it got hotter as time passed).
Next time, I might do eat sooner and eat later batches. And see about picking up a different type of cooking pan.
